Base on "IDM TWEAK ASSISTANT" of this forum, a person make it easier with code version.
There are two methods to use.

1. Method 1 - Traditional: Download this file the extract it:
   You must be registered for see links
   | Pass un-rar: 2023. Run file cmd, then press "1" to activate IDM.
2. Method 2 - Use PowerShell: Run PowerShell at Administrator, copy & paste this code and press enter: iwr -useb
   You must be registered for see links
   | iex. Press "1" to activate IDM.
3. Done!
